4、 Installation method: It can be fixedly installed on a 35mm standard DIN rail.
5、 Zero calibration of DC voltage transmitter
1. The signal input is zero. Adjust the ZERO potentiometer on the front panel to set the output signal to a low scale (such as 0V, 0mA, or 4mA)
2. Full scale calibration:
After adding the standard signal to the signal input terminal, adjust the SPaN potentiometer on the front panel to make the output signal full scale (such as 5V or 10V or 20mA)
6、 Precautions
1. The transmitter needs to be preheated for 30 minutes before precision measurement can be performed.
2. The wiring of signal input, transmission output, and auxiliary power supply must be correct.
3. To calibrate the instrument, it should be better than level 0.1 to ensure calibration accuracy.
4. The potentiometers labeled ZERO and Span are used for transmitter calibration. Do not calibrate without standard instruments and non professionals.
